My wife and I are going to Edinburgh, Scotland for Christmas for our Honeymoon, which gives me 191 days to kick-start my business.

What I did
Eagerly, I started listing up the absolute essentials, in order to keep things simple. They are as follows:
- Find a problem people are willing to pay me to solve
- Build a Minimum Viable Product (MVP)
- Secure early customers
- Formalize the business
- Finance and scaling
If only it was that simple, but I decided to focus on my strengths (electronics) and see if I could come up with any good ideas to problems found on the internet. The image below shows my strengths, and they tell you that I can make your what-ifs (?) into actual products (!). My goal is to focus on my expertise in the middle and build from there.
Finding problems is easy, but understanding if they can be solved more efficient than anything else on the market is exceptionally hard and as expected from my first day, it is easier said than done.
I explored multiple consumer items to see if I could find anything “wrong” with them, and if I could make them “better”.

- Affirmation that I shall focus on what I am good at and stay true to myself
